We ran Agilience with our sales & technical field teams during a period of real change for the business. New systems, a change to how our technical team operates regionally & a government funder environment that shifts under us regularly.
What I valued was that it was practical. Calm, Curious & Capable gave the team a shared language for pressure & the tools are simple enough that people use them rather than filing them away. The follow-ups kept the thinking going after the workshop, which is where most programmes lose people.
What I have seen since is a noticeable change in how people respond when something does not go to plan. More pausing, more questions, less jumping to conclusions. Whether that holds under sustained pressure is something we will know over the next year, but the foundation is there & the team engaged with it properly.
